The Cage Bollard takes its name from the open rib structure that forms the upper body, four vertical aluminum bars rising from the solid base cylinder to a closed circular cap, creating a cage-like enclosure that defines this outdoor led lighting piece as much by what it omits as by what it encloses. The tall slender form suits garden paths, hotel lawn borders, terrace perimeters, and landscape installations where a minimal upright marker is required.

The full structure is cast in dark charcoal-gray aluminum. The base is a solid cylinder that houses the light source and the electrical connection. Four equidistant vertical ribs rise from the top edge of the base cylinder to a closed circular cap of matching diameter, with no infill panel, glass, or diffuser between the ribs. The cap is flat and smooth, flush with the rib tops.

Light projects upward from within the base cylinder between the four ribs, illuminating the interior of the cage from below and casting four vertical bar shadows outward onto surrounding ground surfaces.
