Description

The Crackle Lantern takes its name from the fractured, vein-patterned glass panels that line each face of the hexagonal lantern head, a surface treatment that gives this gate light lamp its primary visual identity both unlit and illuminated. The lantern sits on a stepped hexagonal base and suits outdoor gate posts, pillar tops, garden entrances, hotel driveways, and terrace perimeters.

The frame is constructed in dark metal with cast ornamental detailing across the collar, cornice, and cap. A ring of acanthus leaf forms fans outward at the waist where the lantern head meets the support collar, and a turned finial crowns the apex. The six glass panels are set within narrow dark metal glazing bars and carry a consistent crackle pattern across each face. The overall form references antique gate lights of the European civic tradition.

Light passes through the crackle-patterned glass and fractures into fine branching lines across surrounding surfaces. This led gate light design produces a diffused, patterned output rather than a direct beam, suited to gate post marking, entrance definition, and perimeter lighting on hotel and residential properties.
