The Helix Stand takes its name from the spiral geometry wound into its iron frame, a sequence of overlapping rings orbiting a central post with the disciplined regularity of a scientific instrument. The iron frame carries a warm brass finish that reads differently across the curved ring surfaces and the flat rectangular base. Curved sections catch ambient light and shift tone as the viewer moves; the base holds a consistent burnished warmth. Small spherical nodes punctuate each ring interval, their rounded surfaces acting as deliberate counterpoints to the linear geometry of the central post.

Through the cloth drum shade, the bulb's output becomes a contained, even glow that falls cleanly across a desk surface.
