Description

The Heraldic Twin is a wall-mounted indoor decorative light whose name reflects the full character of its carved wood wall plate: a fleur-de-lis finial crowns the top, a relief-carved shield and basin form the body below, and two dark iron S-curve scroll arms extend outward from its base to carry a pair of turned wood candle cups. The composition reads as a complete heraldic object rather than a light fitting alone. It suits drawing rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, hotels, and restaurants where a richly detailed period wall presence is the design intention.

The wall plate is finished throughout in an antique wood tone, its carved surface worked to a depth that catches light and shadow across the relief detail. The S-curve iron scroll arms are finished in a dark oxidised tone, their flowing profile consistent on both sides of the fitting. Each turned wood candle cup holds a flame-tip candle bulb above a drip-effect candle sleeve, and from the lower curl of each scroll arm a small turned pendant drop hangs on a fine chain.

Both candle bulbs cast light upward from the wall, delivering indoor house lights in a warm, open flame register that washes the surrounding wall surface with an uneven, living quality of light. The twin sources flank the carved wall plate symmetrically, the heraldic centrepiece held between them as a third visual element in its own right.
