Description

The Teal Capsule is a wall-mounted indoor decorative light whose name identifies the defining character of its glass enclosure: a large capsule form, domed at the crown and rounded at the base, in a teal blue-green tinted glass that makes the internal construction fully visible from outside. A gold band collar divides the capsule at its equator, and gold loop terminals at both the top and base anchor it within a curved gold arm projecting from a flat brushed gold rectangular wall bracket. It suits offices, living rooms, hotels, and drawing rooms where a large-format, materially considered wall fitting is the design intention.

The capsule glass enclosure houses multiple Edison-style filament tubes suspended vertically on a central brass rod within the lower chamber, their forms visible through the teal glass as a deliberate element of the composition. The gold band collar, curved arm, loop terminals, and wall bracket share a consistent brushed gold brass finish throughout. The fitting is also available with a ribbed clear glass capsule, in which the filament tubes read without tonal filtration.

The filament tubes cast indoor house lights through the teal glass in a warm output shifted toward a cooler, blue-tinted tone by the glass wall surrounding them. The light passes through the capsule in all directions, washing both the wall surface behind the bracket and the space in front of the fitting with an even, lantern-quality glow.
