Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.
Orders are dispatched within three business days of purchase. Depending on your location, please anticipate a delivery time of two to ten business days following dispatch. Once your order is in transit, an email containing courier and tracking information will be sent, allowing you to monitor its progress.
Please note that the estimated delivery date provided is an approximation and any potential delays caused by third-party Logistic Partners are beyond our liability.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this point but are working hard to bring this service to you soon./ We currently ship to select international locations. International shipping rates and times will be provided at checkout.

Cancellation by Customer
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the cancellation is requested before the product has been shipped, you will receive a full refund minus the shipping costs. Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange/Refund
To initiate an exchange or refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or if your product cannot be delivered, please contact our customer service team at admin@lumeil.com with the following details:
Return Shipping
For returns related to damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if a return or cancellation is initiated by the customer for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
In case of exceptions for a return of the product:
Refund Process
Once we have received the returned product and verified the issue, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the shipping charges if applicable.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange for the replacement item to be sent once the returned product is received and verified.
