The Gothic Square takes its name from the quatrefoil overlay on each glass panel and the square plan that anchors the form, a combination that gives this gate light lamp a direct Gothic architectural identity among all lanterns in the collection. The lantern suits formal gate posts, heritage hotel entrances, garden boundary pillars, and office perimeter installations where a strong ornamental presence is required.
The frame is cast in metal with a dark brown granite-effect textured finish across the full structure. Each glass panel carries an applied overlay of diagonal bars forming diamond fields, with a quatrefoil motif centred within each diamond. The cap is a wide hip-roof form with a pronounced stepped cornice below the roofline, and a turned finial with decorative detailing at the apex. The base is a deep square plinth with multiple stepped mouldings, giving the lantern a substantial visual weight at ground level.
Light diffuses through the frosted glass panels and around the quatrefoil overlay, projecting a warm patterned glow onto surrounding surfaces. This led gate light design casts a soft diamond and quatrefoil shadow pattern outward on all four faces, suited to heritage hotel driveways and formal garden gate posts where antique gate lights character and architectural ornament are both required.
