Concrete doesn't warm easily , cage it with hardware, add warm white LEDs, and contradiction becomes conversation. Cage of Shade brings industrial materials to bedrooms and kitchens through concrete panels held within metal cage framework. The concrete provides visual weight and raw texture while hardware (metal rods, exposed fasteners) creates geometric structure. The cage contains light source while allowing brightness to escape through gaps, creating layered illumination , direct downward beams plus ambient glow through openings. Warm white (2700K) softens the industrial palette, making the pendant suitable for dining areas and offices where raw materials could otherwise feel cold. Unlit, it anchors living rooms as sculptural statement. LED illumination reveals the cage's purpose: channeling brightness downward for task lighting while the concrete reflects warmth back upward. For kitchens and bedrooms where industrial chic meets functional lighting needs, Cage of Shade proves rugged materials can deliver intimate atmosphere.
