Can it be mounted close to the ceiling? It hangs on three wires from its canopy, and the wires can usually be shortened during installation to raise the ring. Ask your retailer how close to the ceiling it can sit.
Will fingerprints show on the acrylic? The textured surface hides light marks, but handle the blocks by the gold bands during installation to keep them clean.
Is it too ornate for a pared-back room? No, the ring shape and regular blocks are orderly and restrained, so it suits pared-back and contemporary rooms while still adding sparkle.
How does the texture change the light? The textured acrylic breaks the LED into fine highlights, so the ring sparkles rather than looking flat, while still giving diffused light to the room.

Upright blocks of textured acrylic stand side by side around a gold ring in The Colonnade, like columns circling a piazza. It suits a Dining Area, a Bed Room, a Living Room, an Office and Hotels.
Gold finished metal forms the ring, bands and canopy, with the acrylic blocks set between the bands, hung on three wires. The ring measures 600mm across and is lit by in-built LED.
Lit, each block shows its texture in bright relief, and together they make a continuous circle of light broken by thin gold divisions.
