Can it go in a room with a standard ceiling?At 670mm high it is relatively compact for a chandelier, so it can suit rooms with standard ceilings, especially above a table.
Are the shades removable?Shade removal depends on the design, so ask your retailer before trying to detach them. They can be cleaned in place with a damp cloth.

Smoked glass shades shaped like hourglasses are set on curving black arms in The Hourglass, each one lit from its narrow waist. It suits a Living Room, a Drawing Room, a Dining Area, a Bed Room and Restaurants.
Iron and aluminium form the arms and canopy in a pearl black finish, and the shades are smoke glass. The fitting is 630mm across and 670mm high, with in-built LED rated 27W at 3000K.
Light spills from both ends of every hourglass, up toward the ceiling and down into the room, with the smoky glass warming and softening its edges.
