Will it fit a narrow wall between doors or windows?Yes, at 150mm wide it slips into tight spaces such as the gap beside a door frame or between windows. Its 180mm depth means it projects only modestly from the wall.
Does frosted glass show dirt less than clear glass? It hides dust better from a distance but shows fingerprints up close. A monthly wipe keeps the panels evenly pale when lit.
Would it work in a guest bedroom?Yes, its small scale and hidden bulb give a calm, low light that suits guest rooms and dressing areas. Fitted beside a bed, it doubles as a gentle night light.
Is it bright enough to light a stairway? It works as a marker light, showing the steps and adding atmosphere, rather than lighting the stairs brightly. Along a longer flight, space several to keep the treads visible.
Did You Know Fact About The CategoryThe word pagoda reached English through Portuguese traders in Asia in the 16th century. Pagodas are tiered towers found across China, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia that developed from the Indian stupa as Buddhism spread east. Their overlapping, upturned eaves inspired 18th-century European chinoiserie, including lanterns and garden pavilions.

Its sloping, peaked roof and pointed finial recall a tiny temple pavilion, which is where The Pagoda gets its character. Compact enough for a Bed Room or a Staircase, it also dresses Living Room, Dining Area and Restaurants walls.

Antique brass metal frames the roof, the panelled body and the scrolled bracket that curls beneath it, while pale, frosted glass fills the sides. It measures 150mm wide, 180mm deep and 360mm high, with one E27 holder inside.

In use, the frosted panels hide the bulb and turn the lantern into a small block of even light, a gentle marker on a wall rather than a strong source.
