How is it fixed? It mounts directly to the ceiling as a flush fitting, so it needs a secure ceiling point and adds only 160mm of depth.
Do insects get inside flush lights?Small insects can sometimes get into enclosed fittings. Checking and cleaning the inside of the glass once or twice a year keeps the light even.
Does it suit a bedroom?Yes, its low profile and frosted glass give comfortable, glare-free light over a bed, and the brass detail adds a classic touch.
Will I see the bulbs? No, the frosted panels conceal the bulbs, so the fitting appears as an evenly lit surface.
Did You Know Fact About The CategoryCeiling roses became popular in 19th-century homes partly for a practical reason: gas and candle lights left soot on the ceiling, and a decorative plaster rose around the fitting helped disguise the marks. Today they are mostly used as ornament around light fittings.

Small brass rosettes stud the frame of The Rosette, a low flush light whose frosted glass panels form a gently lobed outline, like a flower seen from below. It suits a Bed Room, a Living Room, a Drawing Room, an Office and Hotels.

Antique brass metal outlines every panel and carries the decorative rosettes, with frosted glass between. It measures 350mm across and 160mm high and uses E27 lamp holders.

The frosted glass hides the bulbs and spreads an even, calm light, with the brass outlines showing as fine lines across the lit surface.
