How is it suspended from the ceiling?It hangs from a round black ceiling canopy on a single cord, as the image shows. Set the length during fitting so the cage clears the table or walkway beneath.
Will the wire ribs bend?The ribs hold their shape in normal use, but avoid pressing on them while cleaning or changing the bulb. Brush along the ribs rather than across them.
Can one pendant light a dining table?At 400mm wide, it has the presence to anchor a dining table or a bedroom corner on its own. Over longer tables, two hung side by side keep the light even.
What kind of light does it give?The inner diffuser hides the bulb, so the light is even and comfortable, with a decorative pattern of curved shadow lines above. It suits ambient lighting rather than task work.

Wide at the middle and tapering at both ends, the lower cage of The Spinning Top swells like the toy mid-whirl, with a pale inner shade at its heart. It suits a Dining Area table, a Living Room, a Bed Room, Hotels and Restaurants.
Black metal wire forms the whole structure, from the stacked upper tiers to the broad, curving ribs below. At 400mm wide and 1500mm in overall height, it carries one E27 bulb inside its diffuser.
Once lit, the diffuser becomes a bright core suspended inside the cage, and the broad ribs spread long, curved shadow lines across the ceiling.
