Can the tendrils be reshaped after installation? The thin gold tendrils can be eased gently back into shape if they get knocked during fitting. Handle them lightly, as repeated bending can weaken fine metal.
Are the crystal points sharp? The shards have pointed tips, so handle them with care when cleaning. A cotton glove makes it easier to wipe them without catching fingers.
Will it work in a contemporary home?Yes, the irregular crystals and freeform tendrils feel less formal than a symmetrical chandelier, so it sits well in contemporary and eclectic rooms.
How is its sparkle different from a traditional chandelier?Traditional designs use rows of matching drops, giving an orderly pattern. Here the jagged shards break light in random directions, creating a more natural, ice-like shimmer.
Did You Know Fact About The CategoryCrystal drops split white light into colours because of dispersion: each wavelength bends by a slightly different amount as it passes through the glass. Isaac Newton demonstrated this in the 1660s by passing sunlight through a prism, showing that white light is a mixture of colours.

A statement piece for contemporary and traditional rooms alike, built from materials chosen to last.

Fine gold tendrils with tiny leaves curl out from a mass of jagged, ice-like crystals in The Tendril, giving it a wild, organic edge. It suits a Bed Room, a Living Room, an Office reception, a Drawing Room or Restaurants.

Gold finished metal forms the frame and the trailing tendrils, while clusters of irregular crystal shards hang beneath. The chandelier is 500mm across and only 270mm in fitted height, keeping it low-profile.

Once switched on, the uneven shards throw scattered, irregular sparkle rather than neat rows of light, and the gold tendrils trace thin lines at the edge.
