At what height should it be mounted?Many people fit wall lights slightly above eye level, but furniture and ceiling height matter more than a fixed rule. Leave space above and below the 330mm shade so the light can fan out across the wall.
What if the fabric gets marked?Dab small marks with a barely damp cloth and let the shade dry fully before switching on. Avoid soaking or scrubbing, which can distort the weave.
Does it work in pairs?Yes, a pair either side of a bed, mirror or doorway frames the space neatly. A single one suits a reading nook or a stair wall.
Does it light the wall up and down?Yes, the open top and base send light both ways, creating the fan pattern shown in the image, while the shade itself shines through its texture.

The fine woven texture of its tapered shade defines The Weave, turning into a glowing lattice once the light is on. Mount it in the Bed Room, Drawing Room, Living Room or Staircase, or along corridors in Hotels.
Fabric forms the shade, bound at top and base with dark trim, on a metal bracket in antique brass. The sconce stands 330mm tall and 180mm wide around a single E27 holder.
When the bulb is on, light filters through the weave and spills from the open top and base, washing the wall above and below in a warm fan.
