Can the drawer unit hold heavy items? The small drawers suit light items such as remotes, glasses or chargers; avoid heavy loads that could unbalance the lamp.
Will the wood mark with water?Wood can mark if water sits on it, so use a coaster for drinks and wipe spills quickly.
Does it suit a natural, earthy scheme?Yes, its warm wood and woven shade suit rooms with natural fibres, terracotta and plants, as the image shows.
Is the light patterned? The woven texture creates a gentle pattern on the shade itself, while the light below stays even for reading.
Did You Know Fact About The CategoryWillow bark contains salicin, and remedies made from it were used for pain and fever in ancient Egypt and Greece. In 1897 chemists at Bayer created acetylsalicylic acid from a related compound, launching it as aspirin in 1899.

A wooden pole bends over at the top like a willow branch, holding a woven-texture shade above a chair in The Willow, with a small wooden side table and drawer unit below. It suits a Living Room, a Bed Room, a Drawing Room, an Office and Hotels.
The pole, arm and table are wood in a natural wood colour, and the pleated shade is fabric with a woven texture. It stands 1600mm tall and 350mm wide, and takes one E27 bulb.
Light filters through the textured shade in a warm, patterned tone and falls onto the chair and table beneath.
