The Noir Urn takes its name from the near-black finish and the urn-like body that widens at the mid-section before tapering toward both the collar and base, a silhouette that gives this lux lighting piece a sculptural profile distinct from every other gate lantern in the collection. The lantern suits formal hotel entrance pillars, heritage garden gate posts, and office boundary installations where maximum ornamental presence is required.
The frame is cast in metal with a near-black finish and visible bronze highlighting across raised relief surfaces. Between each amber glass panel, a heavily cast scroll and acanthus bracket projects outward from the frame, functioning as both a structural glazing support and a decorative element. The cornice band carries a continuous bead-and-reel relief, and the square stepped base is edged with matching relief detailing. The cap is a shallow hip form with a detailed acorn finial at the apex. The lantern is available in small and medium sizes.
Light passes through the amber glass panels and casts a warm golden glow outward on all six faces. The projecting acanthus brackets create shadow relief on surrounding surfaces alongside the amber light output, adding a secondary sculptural dimension to the illuminated effect after dark.
