Stone Tablet

Stone Tablet takes its name from the tall rectangular imitation marble panel at its face, a form that references the proportions of an inscribed stone slab while functioning as a backlit light-transmitting surface whose veining pattern becomes fully visible only when the internal LED source is active. In a drawing room, living room, bedroom, office, or hotel, this fitting reads as an architectural object whose material language sits closer to stone cladding than to conventional wall lighting.

The black iron cross structure frames the marble panel at its top and bottom edges with short horizontal members, the vertical bar extending beyond the panel at both ends to give the fitting a deliberate extension above and below the illuminated face. Two narrow vertical slots are cut into the marble face at its upper and lower thirds, allowing a fine line of direct light to emerge through the panel surface as a secondary graphic element within the broader backlit glow. The imitation marble carries a white ground with natural grey veining that reads as a static pattern in daylight and transforms into an illuminated mineral composition after dark.

Through the backlit marble face, light transmits through the stone's translucent body as a warm diffused glow whose distribution follows the veining pattern, the grey vein lines casting slightly cooler channels within the warmer overall output. This veining-led light distribution means no two Stone Tablet fittings produce an identical lit pattern, as the imitation marble's vein placement varies across individual panels.
