Moon Bear takes its name from the central figurative scene it presents: a round-faced cream resin bear standing upright in white dungarees worn over a tan ribbed sweater, one arm raised high with an open paw presenting a frosted globe with a moon-crater surface texture, functioning as a room light lamp with the warmth and character of a fully realised sculptural figure. It suits offices, living rooms, hotels, and drawing rooms where a floor lamp is required to carry both decorative presence and a sense of gentle whimsy without sacrificing quality of finish.
The figure is cast from resin throughout in cream and white tones, with painted clothing detail including the tan ribbed sweater collar visible above the dungaree bib, white shoulder straps with small bead accents at the crossings, and a raised bear-face motif on the dungaree chest pocket. The frosted globe held in the raised paw is finished with a sculpted lunar crater surface texture across its full circumference.
